Join our program designed to nurture the Next Generation of Synergy Athletes, specifically for ages 9-12 (8th grade and younger)- beginners welcomed! Our experienced coaches will help players refine their skills in serving, passing, setting, hitting, defense, and mental toughness. The program will run Sundays and Wednesdays from 5:30 - 7 pm starting Sunday, September 8th and will run through Sunday, October 13th. Come prepared with knee pads, gym shoes, a water bottle, and a mindset ready to work hard and HAVE FUN!

Join us for a relaxed and enjoyable evening of volleyball! Whether you're a current player, a former player, or a college athlete, this is the perfect opportunity to get some extra reps and have fun. Our pickup games are open to all skill levels and are led by experienced coaches who are here to support you. Courts are broken up into Varsity and JV levels.  High School Open Gym starts on Sunday, September 8th from 7-8:30 pm and runs through October 26th.  Come ready to play, meet new people, and enjoy the game of volleyball in a laid-back environment.
