Lisa Montgomery has been serving as the Uniform Coordinator for Synergy Volleyball Club since the 2020 volleyball season. In this role, she is tasked with ordering all uniform items for the club’s teams across both the King of Prussia and Lehigh Valley locations. For the 2024 season, Ms. Montgomery managed the uniform coordination for a total of 32 teams. Additionally, she takes on the responsibility of designing the volleyball jerseys worn by Synergy players on an annual basis.
Outside of her involvement with Synergy Volleyball Club, Ms. Montgomery has pursued and successfully completed her Doctoral degree in Education Leadership, Policy, and Planning. Her academic achievement was historic at West Chester University, marking her as the first African American student to earn this particular degree in 2020.
Furthermore, Ms. Montgomery takes pride in her role as a parent to two Synergy Volleyball athletes. Her children, Taylor Montgomery and Lauren Montgomery, have both played or are currently playing at the National 1 team level. Taylor, a 2023 graduate, excelled as a middle hitter/blocker, while Lauren, set to graduate in 2025, showcases her talent as an outside/right side hitter.
