Coaching Journey

Marie’s coaching journey began in 2018 as a Volunteer Junior Varsity coach for Boys’ Volleyball at Lower Merion High School, leading to various coaching roles at Synergy Volleyball Club and Lower Merion High School, where she currently serves as the Head Coach for Boys Varsity and Head Junior Varsity Coach for Girls.

Marie’s coaching philosophy centers on promoting growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship, prioritizing skill development over win-loss records.

Playing History & Honors

Marie’s extensive playing experience includes being a four-year player at Lower Merion High School, where she earned accolades such as Team MVP, Varsity Captain, and All Main Line Second Team recognition. Her collegiate career at Cabrini University saw her excel as a starting Middle/Right Side player, earning spots on the Atlantic East All-Academic team for three consecutive years. Marie’s club experience includes playing at Liberty Belles Volleyball Club, East Coast Power, and Synergy, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the sport at various levels.
